What if your Monitoring system told you where to look?

Most LPs are exposed to far more portfolio companies than they can realistically follow. The largest exposures get the attention. The rest only surface when something goes wrong or when a re-up decision forces the question.

FundFrame Monitoring closes that gap. We combine precise data extraction with agents and skills built around each customer's portfolio, so every GP report is read, structured and assessed the way your own team would assess it. Monitor the full portfolio, flag what needs attention, and make sure that even the smallest exposures feed into the decisions that matter.

FundFrame AI Monitoring Report with health and valuation flags for each portfolio company

This month we produced our first AI Monitoring Report for a customer.

The early feedback has been very positive. We are now in the process of setting up custom reports for them to support their ongoing monitoring and valuation.

Behind the Scenes

Customer Momentum

Over the past weeks, we completed data migrations for several customers and onboarded a new Swedish institutional investor. Fund data from multiple GP portfolios was loaded, verified, and is now actively in use.

Platform Analytics

FundFrame's newest developer, Alfred, started his first project in August by building an internal analytics dashboard with insights of the FundFrame platform. We now track how each feature is used, how adoption develops over time, and where teams are most active.

The early data is encouraging. Most organisations show a steady week-over-week increase in records and activity, with some teams running large data loads through bulk imports.

Over time, this helps us invest in the features teams rely on daily and simplify the ones they do not use.

Summer is winding down. We have a busy autumn ahead. See you next month.
