Audit Logs
Investment teams should never have to wonder where a number came from.

Audit Logs provide a complete history of changes across the platform, including what changed, the previous and new value, who made the change, and when it happened.
Why it matters: Whether preparing for an investment committee, supporting regulatory reporting, or investigating discrepancies, every figure becomes traceable back to its source.
Email Capture
One of the most requested features is now available.

Instead of searching through Outlook, emails can now be viewed directly from FundFrame. Correspondence is automatically linked to the relevant GP, fund, or LP, creating a shared relationship history for the entire team rather than leaving valuable context in individual inboxes.
Why it matters: Institutional relationships span years. When knowledge lives with the team instead of one person's inbox, handovers become easier, investment history becomes searchable, and valuable context is not lost.
Behind the Scenes
Over the past few months we have onboarded several new institutional investors. Along the way we have been through procurement processes, IT-security reviews, legal assessments, and countless discussions with investment teams.
Those conversations have reinforced something we believed from the beginning.
European hosting, data sovereignty, and institutional-grade governance are essential. They earn trust. But they are not why an LP chooses FundFrame.
Teams choose FundFrame because they want to spend less time assembling information and more time making good investment decisions.
Every feature we build should support that goal.
With that in mind, here are some of the improvements we have been working on.
Firm News
Welcome Sweden
This month we welcomed FundFrame's first Swedish institutional investor, making Sweden the fifth country where FundFrame now has active customer relationships.
Expansion of the team
In August we welcomed Alfred to the engineering team. He will focus on platform security, reliability, and improving our development workflows.
We remain committed to building a small, high-performing team while continuing to invest heavily in the product.
Milestones: Diligence
For the first time, a FundFrame Diligence analysis was used directly as part of an institutional investment committee recommendation.
While the module remains in closed beta, this represents an important step from accelerating research towards becoming part of the investment decision process itself.

Building for a changing AI landscape
GPT-5.6, Claude Fable 5, Grok 4.5, and three others landed in July alone. For LP teams evaluating AI-powered tools, the question is not which model a vendor picked last quarter, but whether the tool can move when the next one arrives. We build FundFrame to be model-agnostic, so the platform improves with every generation and your team is never tied to a single provider.
Enjoy the rest of the summer. See you next month.
