The Data is processed at the Owner's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. Depending upon the User's location, data transfers may involve transferring the User's Data to a country other than their own. Retention Time
Unless specified otherwise in this document, Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for and may be retained for longer due to applicable legal obligation or based on the Users' consent.

Always-on infrastructure
These services run on every visit so the site can be delivered and aggregated usage understood. They do not identify Users and no consent is required.
Plausible Analytics

Plausible Analytics is a privacy-focused web analytics service that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. It is designed to be GDPR, CCPA, and PECR compliant by default. Plausible only collects aggregated data and does not track individual users across websites or sessions. No consent is required for this service as it does not process personal data or use trackers.

Cloudflare is a traffic optimization and distribution service provided by Cloudflare Inc. The way Cloudflare is integrated means that it filters all the traffic through this Application, i.e., communication between this Application and the User's browser, while also allowing analytical data from this Application to be collected.

Consent-gated trackers
These services only load after the User accepts cookies through the consent banner. The User can change this choice at any time, and nothing in this group runs until consent is granted.
Google Analytics 4

Google Analytics 4 is a web analysis service provided by Google LLC. Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services. Google may use the Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. In Google Analytics 4, IP addresses are used at collection time and then discarded before Data is logged in any data center or server. Users can learn more by consulting Google's official documentation. This service is only activated after the User grants consent through our cookie consent mechanism.

Apollo.io is a B2B sales intelligence platform that helps identify business visitors to the website. When consent is granted, Apollo may collect information about website visits to help the Owner understand business interest in its services. This service uses trackers and is only activated after the User grants consent through our cookie consent mechanism.

Google Fonts is a typeface visualization service provided by Google LLC that allows this Application to incorporate content of this kind on its pages.

Triggered by your action
These services only receive data when the User takes an explicit action, such as submitting a form, subscribing to the newsletter, requesting a download, or creating an account in the Agents demo. Nothing is shared with these services by default.
Slack
Service provided by: Slack Technologies, LLC (United States)
Slack is used as the Owner's internal sales and customer success workspace. When a User submits a contact form, requests a downloadable resource, or joins the waitlist, the submitted form data is forwarded to a private Slack channel so the team can respond. Slack acts as a Data Processor on the Owner's behalf under a Data Processing Agreement and standard contractual clauses, and the data is not used for any purpose other than handling the User's request.

Clerk
Service provided by: Clerk, Inc. (United States)
Clerk is an authentication service used to handle sign-up and sign-in for the FundFrame Agents demo on this Application. When a User signs up to try an Agent, the User's email address is sent to Clerk and used to create an account. The Owner uses Clerk solely to authenticate the User and to manage token usage for the demo. No other personal data is shared with Clerk, and no marketing or profiling is carried out on the basis of the data stored with Clerk.

Brevo
Service provided by: Brevo (Sendinblue), SA (France, European Union)
Brevo is an email marketing platform used to manage the FundFrame Insights newsletter. When a User subscribes to the newsletter, either directly through the newsletter signup form, or by opting in while submitting a contact form, downloading a skill, or joining the waitlist, their email address is stored in Brevo along with consent metadata (opt-in date, source, IP address, and consent text). Brevo processes this data solely to deliver the newsletter on behalf of the Owner. The User can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email, after which no further marketing emails are sent. Brevo acts as a Data Processor under a Data Processing Agreement compliant with GDPR, and stores data within the European Union.

Resource Downloads
What We Collect When You Download a Resource
When you request a downloadable resource from this Application, for example a Skill bundle or a deck, we ask you to provide your name, business email address, company, and the platform you plan to use the resource with. You may also include an optional message. Providing this information is voluntary, but without it the download cannot be delivered.
Why We Process This Data
We process this Data to fulfil the download request, to keep a record of which Users have received which resources, to follow up with relevant product information, and to understand which resources are most useful to our audience. The legal basis is the User's consent for any follow-up communications and the Owner's legitimate interests for the delivery of the resource itself.
Recipients of This Data
Submitted form data is routed to the Owner's internal sales and customer success channel hosted on Slack (Slack Technologies, LLC, United States). Slack acts as a Data Processor on the Owner's behalf under a Data Processing Agreement and standard contractual clauses. The Owner does not sell, rent, or share this Data with any other third party.
Retention
Lead data is retained for as long as is necessary to manage the relationship with the User, and is deleted on request or after a reasonable period of inactivity, in line with the rules set out in the Further Information About Retention Time section.
Newsletter
What We Collect When You Subscribe
When you subscribe to the FundFrame Insights newsletter, we collect your email address. You may subscribe directly through the newsletter signup form on our website, or by opting in via a checkbox when submitting a contact form, downloading a skill, or joining the waitlist. Subscribing to the newsletter is always voluntary and requires your active consent.
Why We Process This Data
We process your email address to deliver the monthly FundFrame Insights newsletter, which contains product updates, LP operations insights, and notes from the team. The legal basis for this processing is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Recipients of This Data
Newsletter subscriber data is stored and processed by Brevo (Sendinblue), SA, based in France (European Union). Brevo acts as a Data Processor on the Owner's behalf under a Data Processing Agreement compliant with GDPR. In addition to the email address, Brevo stores consent metadata: the date and time of opt-in, the source of the subscription (e.g. footer form, contact form, skill download), the IP address at the time of consent, and the consent text the User agreed to.
Unsubscribing
Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking it immediately removes you from the mailing list. You may also contact us at [email protected] to request removal.
Retention
Subscriber data is retained for as long as the subscription is active. Upon unsubscribing, your email address is removed from the active mailing list. Consent records are retained in accordance with GDPR accountability requirements.

Use of Trackers
This Application uses Trackers. Trackers are small sets of data stored in the User's browser or device. They include cookies, web beacons, embedded scripts, e-tags, and unique identifiers. Trackers are used for various purposes including storing User preferences, enabling certain features, tracking User activity, and personalizing content.

Further Information About Retention Time
Unless specified otherwise in this document, Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for and may be retained for longer due to applicable legal obligation or based on the Users' consent. Therefore: Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Owner and the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed. Personal Data collected for the purposes of the Owner's legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfill such purposes. The Owner may be allowed to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Furthermore, the Owner may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever required to fulfill a legal obligation or upon order of an authority.
