Compliance by Design

Compliance can be
your competitive edge

Hosted in Europe, built around the rules that make European LPs the best-informed in the world. FundFrame turns that advantage into sharper investment decisions.

Form your own view.
Document the dissent.

The best LPs in Europe no longer take GP-reported NAVs at face value, and supervised ones are formally expected not to. Under the Solvency II prudent person principle (Article 132), insurers must invest only in assets whose risks they can “properly identify, measure, monitor, manage, control and report.” IORP II holds occupational pension funds to the same standard (Article 19).

Forming an independent view is hard when fund data lives in PDFs and spreadsheets. AIFMD Article 19 requires the GP's valuation function to be independent from portfolio management. FundFrame extracts the data your team needs to do the same on the LP side.

With Revenue, EBITDA, EV, and net debt already pulled out of every quarterly statement, your team can triangulate against the methods they trust, log the challenges they raise, and keep the working files attached. Sharper marks, better-timed conversations with the GP, and a defensible record of how you got there.

GP held NAV flat despite Q4 EV decline and rising net debt. Marking $135.5M, awaiting GP response.

European regulators increasingly expect supervised LPs to form their own independent view of GP-determined valuations, rather than simply accepting what is reported.

Gate papers

Every gate, on the record

Pre-screen, diligence, IC memo, post-commit reviews. Every step produces a structured paper, pre-populated from the data already in the system, so each decision builds on the last instead of starting from a blank page.

Same template across funds. Same sign-offs in the same place. Locked the moment a decision is final, with a hash stamp the auditor can verify.
