Most managers who pitch to your team never get a commitment, and until now most of what they showed you ended up in a folder. Screening in Due Diligence keeps it. Every deck from a manager meeting becomes data your team can compare.
From deck to rows
Upload an investor presentation or a PPM, or a whole folder of them. FundFrame reads every fund the document reports on and adds each one as a row in your screening database, with the manager, vintage, fund size, net TVPI, net IRR and DPI. A deck with a track record of five prior funds gives you five rows.
The table works the way a spreadsheet does. Filter by fund size or vintage, sort by any column, group by manager or vintage, and correct or delete a row when you need to.
Back to the source
Every extracted number links to the page in the document it came from. Click a TVPI and the PDF opens on that page with the figure highlighted, so anyone on the team can check it before it goes into a memo.
Your own benchmark
Because every meeting adds rows, the database becomes a benchmark built from every manager your team has met, including the ones you passed on. Compare a fund against size-matched peers, or open the quartile chart and see where each fund ranks in its vintage.
When a manager earns a closer look, take the fund into full diligence on the same record.
